Phoenix Collaborative Care are a new agency to the North West, but with 20 years of hands-on care between the directors, the team aim to provide quality care by working together to help others achieve.
The combined experiences within the organisation means we have insight into the pressures of the industry as well as an informed view of the qualities that support workers desire from an employer. At Phoenix Care we have 20 years of experience working on shift and actually caring for vulnerable adults and children. We understand the job, understand the pressures and how important it is to do the job properly.
Here at Phoenix we pay a bit more to ensure that quality staff are provided to every vulnerable person who needs us.
Here at Phoenix we employ staff directly. They are PAYE and we guarantee that we will not use an umbrella company that gives the staff no rights. This also means that we are fully compliant with IR35.
As a PAYE employee, after a set time, our staff will gain all the benefits that a full time contracted employee would have- entitlement to sick pay, entitlement to redundancy, entitlement to maternity pay and more.
Here at Phoenix we not only want to give the people we support the best opportunities, we want to give the same to our staff. At Phoenix we give our staff the respect and the job security they deserve.
